Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Junior Trader to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will need to work both night shifts to trade the European and North American markets, and day shifts trading North American and Asian markets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and execute trades in real‑time across multiple markets.
* Manage risk through diligent oversight of trading positions.
* Prepare daily reports summarizing trading activities and performance.
* Operate trading and portfolio management related systems, ensuring seamless operations and optimised workflow.
* Liaise with fund administrators and brokers to ensure accurate trade settlements and unit pricing.
* Collaborate with the research team to develop and refine trading strategies.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science or a related quantitative field.
* Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
* Basic understanding of financial markets and trading principles.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; programming skills (e.g., Python, C++) are a plus.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
* Ability to work in a dynamic team‑based environment.
* Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to flexible scheduling.
