About the role
Queensland House Removers is seeking a Qualified Carpenter to join our established team based in Caboolture, QLD. This is a full-time opportunity focused on completing and finishing homes after they have been transported to site.
This role is ideal for an experienced carpenter looking for steady work with a reputable company. We are also open to engaging a carpentry team (lead carpenter with apprentice). House removal or house restumping experience is highly regarded but not essential.
The position is available to ABN holders or those seeking on-the-books employment.
What you'll be doing
* Carry out all carpentry work required for house removal and relocation projects
* Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety
* Occasional overnight stay-away work as required
What we're looking for
* Trade qualified in all aspects of Carpentry
* Must have own tools and own vehicle
* Strong practical skills and attention to detail
* Experience working with renovation/house removal
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* A commitment to safety and quality workmanship
