Overview
Permanent part-time opportunity at Slade Pharmacy, a unique retail pharmacy located within Epworth Private Hospital in Richmond, Melbourne. You will work Saturdays from 8:00am to 4:00pm, engaging with patients and supporting IVF clinics and discharge medication counselling.
The Hours
This is a permanent part-time position working each Saturday from 8:00am to 4:00pm.
Key Responsibilities
Dispense and supply medication and pharmacy products
Provide education and training to fertility patients
Prepare and counsel patients on discharge medications
Communicate with stakeholders (IVF clinics, doctors, nurses)
Monitor the accuracy of prescriptions dispensed by pharmacy technicians
Provide various professional services
Counsel patients, carers and associated employees

Who We're Looking For
Current AHPRA-registered pharmacist with dispensing experience in an Australian pharmacy
Availability to work the specified hours each Saturday
Strong knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Advantages Scheme (PBS)
Time management, communication and teamwork skills
Flexible and adaptable with a diverse team
Willingness to learn and embrace change
Attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
