ABOUT THE ROLE
As Payroll Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting payroll operations for CA ANZ across Australia and New Zealand. You'll provide first-tier support for payroll queries, assist with payroll processing, and ensure data integrity within our payroll platform (Dayforce). Your work will contribute to compliance, employee experience, and continuous improvement, supporting both the payroll function and broader People & Culture objectives.
Key responsibilities:
* Manage the Payroll inbox and provide first-tier support for payroll queries
* Assist with payroll processing and related duties, including calculations, leave, overtime, allowances, deductions, and termination pay
* Act as a delegate for the Payroll Officer when required
* Check and approve Dayforce forms, ensuring data integrity and compliance
* Maintain accurate, confidential payroll records and support timely salary payments, superannuation, and statutory obligations
* Support system enhancements and process improvements, collaborating with HRIS and Finance teams
* Assist in compliance with Australian and New Zealand employment laws, awards, and enterprise agreements, and support audits
* Contribute to a positive employee experience by responding to queries professionally and supporting onboarding, offboarding, and payroll changes

* Year 12 or higher education and/or relevant experience
