Leadership Role in Culturally Safe Psychosocial Services
Lead a multidisciplinary team in the Kimberley, shaping culturally safe psychosocial services across aged care, disability, and mental health.
This full-time leadership position oversees teams across various services and reports to the Community Services Executive Manager.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Leading and inspiring a team of caseworkers, coordinators, and social workers
* Embedding our Model of Care and ensuring culturally safe service delivery
* Promoting person-centred care and compliance in assessments and care plans
* Driving continuous improvement, team development, and community engagement
Required Skills and Qualifications
You'll bring:
* A tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health, or similar
* 2-3+ years leadership experience in aged care, disability, mental health, or SEWB
* Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and working cross-culturally
* Adaptability, solution-focus, and a strategic mindset
* Experience in an Aboriginal Medical Service is highly regarded

* A competitive salary range circa $125,000-$132,000 (commensurate with experience), + Super
* Salary packaging up to $15,900 + relocation allowance (up to $5,000)
