What you'll be doing
The Nurse Manager, Nursing and Midwifery Casual and Agency Workforce NSLHD will:
1. Facilitate the development of the NSLHD Casual and Agency, Nursing and Midwifery workforce.
2. Monitor, evaluate and measure Casual and Agency performance and implement strategies to meet compliance requirements.
3. Provide leadership and support to the sites and services staffing managers and liaise with NSLHD tender agencies.
4. Registered Nurse who holds current unconditional registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
5. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Health Management/working towards same and clinical and operational management experience at a senior level within a complex health care environment.
6. Demonstrated sound leadership skills and ability to meet deadlines and prioritise workload.
7. Demonstrated ability to efficiently and effectively recruit nursing staff combined with an aptitude to utilise relevant information technology platforms.
