The Opportunity
We are currently seeking experienced Grader Operators, Final Trim Grader Operators, and Dozer Operators to join our well-established team based in Karratha and across the Pilbara region.
These roles sit within a strong pipeline of ongoing civil construction projects, offering long-term opportunities for skilled operators who are confident working across varied bulk and detailed earthworks environments.
We are looking for operators who are multi‐skilled, adaptable, and confident moving between projects where their expertise is required, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
What You Will Need
* Experience operating Grader and/or Dozer and relevant tickets
* Construction Card
* Civil construction and earthworks experience
Highly Desirable
* Final Trim Grader experience
* GPS experience (Trimble/Topcon)
* Additional tickets across Roller, Skid Steer, Water Cart, Moxy, Excavator, Loader are highly regarded
* HR license or higher
You will also need to demonstrate the following
* Strong understanding of site safety standards and procedures
* Ability to pass a pre‐employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
* Strong communication and team‐based working approach
* Adhere to Company and site safety standards.
