The role
As an Injury Management Consultant at Evolution you will be reporting directly to the Evolution directors. The work is challenging and varied, but most of all rewarding. We value not only your professional skills but also your life experience.
Once on board you will be responsible for the full range of workplace rehabilitation and assessment services, and strategically manage a varied caseload. We provide a comprehensive tailored induction and provide ongoing mentoring and development opportunities.
Skills and Experience:
To be successful in the role you:
* Are an independent self-starter;
* Deliver exceptional customer service and enjoy creating and maintaining valuable relationships;
* Love achieving results and helping individuals return to work;
* Have tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Chiropractic Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Rehabilitation Counselling, and hold current professional registration as required by WorkCover; and
* Have previous experience in Workplace Rehabilitation or significant clinical experience in your field.
