Business Operations Leader Position
The Business Operations Director will provide strategic and operational leadership across finance, HR, administration, infrastructure, and enterprise services.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Financial management, budgeting, compliance reporting, and governance frameworks
* Operational excellence in aged care and retirement living
* Mentor and lead diverse teams, embedding a culture of accountability and improvement
You will bring a strong finance background and proven executive or senior leadership experience. Specifically:
* Required Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualifications in Finance (preferred) or Business, with deep financial management expertise
* A track record of leading corporate services and/or operations at scale
* Experience in aged care, health, or not-for-profit sectors
