About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Architect to join our team and lead design documentation and coordination across ongoing projects. You will be responsible for managing the entire design process —from concept to construction and liaising directly with clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure design excellence and build quality.
Key Responsibilities
* Consult with clients and management to define project requirements, style, scope and budget.
* Prepare conceptual designs, working drawings and detailed documentation integrating structural, mechanical and aesthetic elements.
* Specify materials, finishes and building systems in line with Australian standards.
* Prepare tender and contract documents and assist with bid evaluation.
* Liaise with consultants, engineers and councils to ensure statutory compliance.
* Conduct site inspections to monitor construction quality and design conformance.
* Analyse site and community data to inform design and prepare environmental impact reports.
* Contribute to the development of company design systems and project delivery processes.
Required Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor Degree (or higher) in Architecture or Urbanism (or equivalent).
* Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in architectural design and project delivery.
* Proven ability to manage concept-to-construction design processes independently.
* Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Lumion, SketchUp, Twinmotion and Enscape.
* Sound knowledge of building codes, construction methods and environmentally sustainable design principles.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Registration with an architectural body highly regarded; AACA assessment advantageous but not mandatory.

* Experience in luxury residential and commercial projects.
* Strong 3D visualisation and presentation capabilities.
* Practical knowledge of project coordination within design-and-construct teams.
* Capacity to mentor junior designers and maintain high documentation standards.
