About the Role In this role you will deliver quality outcomes for children, young people and families (Leader of Self) in accordance with the Children's Health Queensland Leadership Excellence Framework and the Queensland Public Service and the CHQ values. Your contribution will include: * Design and develop high-quality BI solutions which address business requirements that are fit for purpose. * Lead data exploration and modelling activities to uncover actionable insights and support evidence-based decision-making. * Provide hands-on development and support to optimize the hub-and-spoke model, facilitating knowledge sharing and capability-building across the network. * Assess, solve and improve the quality and access to data solutions to support evidence-based decision making across CHQ HHS.
