Senior Operations Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious hospitality professional to lead our team at a vibrant venue located in the heart of Wine Country NSW.
* A mature-minded, driven and honest individual with excellent numeracy and literacy skills is required.
* The ideal candidate will have the ability to confidently train and lead a team, possess sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and industry regulations, and basic knowledge of TAB/gaming experience.
This role involves managing finances, leading by example as manager, and driving revenue through strategic approaches. Key responsibilities include controlling financial aspects of the business, managing staff, and maintaining operational excellence.
Requirements:
* The successful candidate will have 1 year of Hospitality Management experience, exposure to both Bar and Restaurant environments, and experience in controlling financial aspects of a business.
