About the Role
Play a key role in delivering and coordinating specialist haemodialysis care across Mount Isa and satellite dialysis units including Cloncurry, Doomadgee, Mornington Island and the expanding Gulf region.
Provide expert clinical care and coordination for patients with complex haemodialysis needs across hospital and remote outreach settings.
Lead and support nursing teams through clinical decision-making, mentoring, education, and team coordination.
Deliver culturally safe and person‐centred care, working closely with First Nations communities and diverse populations.

* Isolation bonus of AUD$3,605 for the first year; AUD$10,815 for the second year; AUD$7,210 for third year and each subsequent year (pro rata for part‐time).

Qualifications and Requirements
* Relevant tertiary degree qualification and appropriate registration/licency.
* C Class Motor Vehicle Licence.
* Pre‐employment screening including Criminal History checks.
* VPD risk role; may require evidence of vaccination or immunity to Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, and Tuberculosis.
* Probation period may apply.
