This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with seniors, values community connection, and can provide safe, comfortable transport for our residents.
About the Role:
* Transport residents to appointments, social outings and community activities
* Ensure the safety, comfort, and dignity of all passengers
* Maintain the vehicle to a high standard
* Provide friendly, respectful support to residents and staff
Responsibilities:
* Ensure the well-being and satisfaction of our residents at all times
* Work effectively as part of a team to achieve desired outcomes
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Current HR Driver's License
* A caring, patient, and professional attitude
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to assist residents with mobility when required
* Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
* NDIS Worker Screening / Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
