Overview
The Role: This role will involve managing a portfolio of complex liability and legal files focused on achieving cost effective outcomes and quality claims handling through robust relationships with team members and internal and external service providers.
Responsibilities
* End to end management of a portfolio of complex, high value, and sensitive claims.
* Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as solicitors, credit hire companies and third parties.
* Clear understanding of liability, negligence, and road rules
* Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications & Experience
* Motor claim or liability experience is highly desirable
* Ideally a good understanding of the legislative, regulatory and compliance obligations.
* Ability to make decisions and liaise with solicitors and stakeholders.
* Exceptional customer service skills written and verbal.
* Demonstrated ability to operate in a complex environment, prioritise tasks and organise workload effectively.
* Ability to develop strong relationships at all levels with both internal and external stakeholders coupled with a high level of emotional intelligence.
* Broad ability to drive for results, focus on outcomes and well-developed negotiation skills.
