* Comfortable producing high-quality consistent coffees, with speed!
* Excellent communication, with superior customer service skills.
* Ensuring that the machine is maintained at optimal efficiency.
* Calibrating the grind at regular intervals.
* Provide a warm, friendly, and welcoming style of service to our amazing customers.
The Person:
* You are a coffee aficionado with a passion for a supreme customer experience.
* You get to know your regulars and know their order by heart.
* You love a chat and can demonstrate assurance around your coffee expertise.
* You are highly polished and can thrive within a corporate environment.
* Have or be open to obtain a National Police Check.
