 
        
        As a strategic business partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organizational landscape by providing expert guidance on human resources matters.
 * You will serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries, adeptly handling walk-ins and calls while addressing all HR issues in accordance with established policies and procedures.
 * Lead all HR processes and initiatives for the site, encompassing annual performance evaluations, talent mapping, succession planning, employee engagement surveys, and other key HR projects.
Regarding your qualifications:
 * A tertiary degree in Human Resources or Business is required.
 * You should possess at least 3 years of experience in a standalone HR role, preferably within manufacturing, blue-collar, or dairy industry settings.
 * Proven expertise in generalist HR advisory roles, ideally supporting operational or heavy-industry sectors.
 * Strong proficiency in labor relations, especially in unionized environments, with confidence in managing complex cases, grievances, and investigations.
