About the Role
You will be working in high-volume FIFO camp kitchens, delivering quality meals in a safety- and compliance-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
* High-volume preparation of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and crib meals
* Buffet-style service for large workforces
* Catering to dietary, medical, and cultural requirements
* Maintaining strict HACCP, food safety, and audit standards
* Ensuring kitchens remain clean, compliant, and audit-ready
* Working day, night, and split shifts
* Operating independently and as part of a FIFO camp team
Essential Requirements (FIFO Experience Required)
* Minimum 2 years' FIFO Chef experience in Australian mining or remote camps
* Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or recognised equivalent)
* Proven bulk catering / high-volume production experience
* Strong working knowledge of HACCP systems
* Current WA Driver's Licence
* National Police Clearance (issued within the last 4 months)
* White Card
* Full Australian working rights
* Demonstrated reliability, attendance, and FIFO work ethic
* Genuine availability for casual FIFO swings, including short notice
* Based in Western Australia
Overseas Trade Qualifications
If your chef qualification was completed overseas, we can assist with Australian trade recognition.
