Job Description
* Take ownership of all incoming reservation enquiries, providing exceptional service and maximizing revenue opportunities through upselling.
* Deliver passionate, knowledgeable, and friendly service to both internal and external guests at all times.
* Greet guests warmly, using their name and ensuring a professional brand-standard interaction.
* Maintain accuracy during calls and while inputting details into the system.
* Answer phone calls within three rings in a professional manner.
* Develop expertise in our reservations system, rate structure, occupancy levels, and property features to optimize room sales.
* Ensure accurate guest information is updated on our Property Management System (PMS) and maintain efficient records.
* Action requirements as needed and confirm with guests or bookers accordingly.
* Adhere to set rates and stay up-to-date on Accor Loyalty Programme offerings.
* Stay knowledgeable about all products and specials available at our property and surrounding areas.
* Read communication materials at the start of each shift to stay informed.
* Communicate special requests to relevant departments to ensure timely actioning.
* Share relevant sales leads with our Sales Team.
