Job Title: Equipment Condition Monitoring Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Equipment Condition Monitoring Specialist.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our equipment. As an Equipment Condition Monitoring Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting regular inspections and analyses of plant equipment to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
You will work closely with our maintenance and engineering teams to develop and implement effective condition monitoring strategies, which will help reduce unplanned downtime and improve overall efficiency.
* Conduct vibration analysis, NDT, thermographic, and other condition monitoring related inspections of onsite equipment
* Analyze data, generate reports, and highlight corrective actions for relevant stakeholders to minimize equipment downtime
* Assist with root cause analysis (RCA) and investigative processes at the request of maintenance, production, or engineering groups
* Maintain role-specific databases, including MHM, ALS Webtrieve, and PDS
* Install and maintain remote vibration monitoring systems
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 2 years of site experience with mining exposure
* PREFERRED: Vibration analysis training and certifications, Lubrication analysis and certifications, Infrared Thermography and certifications, Ultrasonic thickness testing training and certifications, Mechanical trade background, Engineering qualification
