About the Position:
As the Education Consultant, you'll be responsible for providing students with a comprehensive range of education consulting services. You will also be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative duties in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist students with admission applications and follow-ups as required
- Provide guidance to students on course selection, study pathways, and career opportunities
- Offer support to students who are new to Australia and help them settle down
- Provide consultation on students' resumes and help them improve their applications
- Conduct 360-degree communication with students to understand their needs and provide timely advice
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in education consultancy or a related field
- A strong understanding of the Australian education system
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet software
- Proficient in the Korean language
- A passion for helping others achieve their goals
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A commitment to ongoing career development
