Overview
SkyCity Adelaide is currently looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our People & Culture team on a 12-month fixed term contract.
Reporting to our General Manager People & Culture, you will support the Talent pillar of SkyCity's People & Culture Strategy by leading the day-to-day talent acquisition operations for the Adelaide business, ensuring sourcing and selection strategies, policies, processes and systems deliver benefits to SkyCity in terms of cost efficiencies, quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, and consistent best practice talent acquisition methodologies.
Leading and supporting a team of three high-performing Talent Acquisition Advisors, this role will focus on supporting the business across projects within the regulatory compliance and employer branding space, while maintaining a hands-on approach with operational requirements, including appointments of Senior Leadership positions and People & Culture roles across the business.
You will ensure excellent relationships are maintained with industry partners and external/internal stakeholders to drive talent for placement and internship opportunities, and act as a key liaison within the business with regulatory bodies, system account managers and the Group Talent Acquisition team. This will be coupled with leading targeted sourcing initiatives to drive diversity and inclusion across the business, ensuring SkyCity Adelaide remains a highly diverse and inclusive employer.
About You
Your extensive background in Recruitment and/or Talent Acquisition at the leadership level will be diverse, fast-paced and customer-centric, with excellent knowledge of best practice talent acquisition methodologies. You will be experienced and diligent with reporting requirements and a natural compliance-minded operator to ensure processes are upheld and embedded.

- A high level of professionalism and high attention to detail with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A willingness to prioritise and assist with urgency, including the ability to handle sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality.
- Extensive knowledge of recruitment tools and ATS (applicant tracking systems).
- A strong ability to problem solve, adapt and stay effective in a fast-paced environment.
