At Choices Flooring Marion, we're all about helping people fall in love with their homes and living spaces. We are looking for a Sales Professional who loves people just as much as great flooring.
Based in our Marion showroom, this full-time role puts you at the heart of a welcoming, passionate team that prides itself on outstanding customer experiences and stylish flooring solutions for homes and businesses alike.
What you'll be doing
No two days are the same, but you'll be busy with:
* Chatting with customers, getting to know their style, needs and vision
* Providing in home consultations with clients to provide the best solutions for their home
* Guiding them through our range and helping them choose flooring they'll love
* Explaining product features in a clear and friendly way
* Preparing accurate quotes and following up in a timely manner to keep things moving smoothly
* Keeping your product knowledge fresh and up to date and staying informed of industry trends and developments
* Working closely with the team to create standout customer experiences and hit shared goals
* Supporting customers even after the sale, because great service doesn't stop at the checkout
* Weekend work is requred in this role which will be shared in a fair manner to work with the right candidate

* Strong customer service or sales experience (retail or home improvement is a bonus, but not essential)
* Confident communication skills and a warm, approachable style
