The role involves contributing to clinical pharmacy services in general medicine, surgical, rehab or oncology, medication reviews, discharge counselling and ward rounds, as well as day-to-day operations and patient care.
We're looking for individuals with current AHPRA registration, at least 6 months' hospital pharmacy experience in Australia, and confidence with systems such as iPharmacy, Cerner, Merlin, Sunrise or similar.
