Experience translating data into clear insights, narratives, and recommendations that support operational, customer, risk, and strategic outcomes. Strong investigative and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify trends, anomalies, behavioural patterns, and root causes in complex data. Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and executive forums, with the ability to communicate complex analytical findings clearly and commercially. Experience developing dashboards, reporting, and data products that improve visibility, decision-making, and business performance. Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to partner effectively across business, technology, risk, compliance, and operational teams.
