**The opportunity**:
**How will I help?**
- Develop and implement a channel strategy to ensure Workvivo drives best practice internal communications and engagement across Bupa APAC.
- Provide guidance and advice to Corporate Affairs and Sustainability team, Senior Leaders and other key stakeholders to ensure Workvivo is used as the primary - and preferred - internal communications channel
- Review, consider and manage digital channels holistically so there is a seamless employee experience across all digital channels managed by the APAC internal communications team
- Partner with Senior Manager Content and Channels to ensure priority content is created, curated and published in a timely and appropriate way to ensure the right level of reach and impact
- Set APAC-wide KPIs for digital channels, measure against those KPIs and provide regular updates to key stakeholders along with insights and ideas for improvements
- Manage a community of practice for Space Admins and Workvivo Champions and provide advice to Space Admins and Content Owners on how to create engaging, user-friendly and searchable content
- Review and enforce communication governance principles to ensure information remains current, accessible and provides a good user experience for our people
- Use analytics to report on insights to drive continuous improvement across all digital channels
- Remain current on emerging digital content trends

**What do I need?**
- Minimum 5-7 years in a communications role
- Degree qualified in media, public relations, journalism or similar
- Experience managing content on an internal online platform
- Experience liaising with stakeholders cross functionally
