The CSA Mine is located in Cobar NSW and is Australia's highest-grade copper mine.

We are located 11 kilometres north-west of Cobar, central western New South kilometres deep, it is one of Australia's deepest underground mines.

Operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week, CSA Mine directly employs over 500 people and is proud to have recently joined Harmony Australasia.

Harmony is the largest gold producer by volume in South Africa and is a significant operator of gold tailings retreatment facilities. In Papua New Guinea, Harmony owns and operates the Hidden Valley mine and owns 50% of the Tier 1 Wafi-Golpu copper‐gold project. In Australia, Harmony owns the high‐grade CSA copper mine in Cobar, NSW and is currently preparing to progress the Execution Phase of the Eva Copper Mine Project in QLD. These assets are supported by the Harmony Australasia regional corporate office located in Milton, Brisbane.

About the Role

We're looking for a Travel, Housing and Facilities Advisor to join our team at CSA Mine — supporting our people who live and work right here in Cobar.

This is a hands‐on, community‐focused role that coordinates employee housing, travel logistics, and site facilities. You'll be the go‐to person ensuring our teams are well‐supported and everything behind the scenes runs seamlessly.

Local candidates to Cobar or Brisbane‐based and can travel regularly to Cobar while building strong community connections, we'd love to hear from you.

Accommodation & Housing Management
* Coordinate housing for CSA employees and contractors, ensuring all properties are managed in line with company standards.
* Liaise with local real estate agents and trades to organise maintenance, inspections, and lease renewals.
* Manage lease documentation and property records.
* Process invoices and track accommodation costs.
* Work closely with HR to plan housing for new starters and support onboarding and offboarding transitions.
Travel Coordination
* Manage travel bookings and manifests for employees, including charter flights and FIFO arrangements.
* Coordinate camp accommodation, ensuring bookings align with rosters and operational requirements.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to deliver efficient, cost‐effective travel plans.
Facilities Oversight
* Oversee day‐to‐day operations of the CSA Mine offices, including maintenance, supplies, and contractors.
* Ensure a safe, functional, and welcoming work environment.
About You
* Strong administration and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Confident communicator who enjoys problem‐solving and working with people.
* Experience in property management, travel coordination, or facilities admin is highly regarded.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
* Positive, proactive approach and a commitment to supporting the team.
