About the Role: We are seeking a Customer Analyst to join our growing CRM team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer data, driving CRM strategies, and delivering actionable insights.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage customer databases, CRM platforms, and associated reporting tools
* Implement customer segmentation and sales/KPI reporting
* Analyse customer data and activity to maximise commercial opportunities
* Gain a deep understanding of our brands and their respective customers
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Data Analysis, Data Science, Business/Commerce or relevant tertiary qualification
* Minimum 1 year's experience in a sales analytics role
* Previous experience with CRM Automation systems like Emarsys or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
* Understanding of HTML/CSS (preferable)
* High understanding of web analytics using Google Analytics or similar
* Competencies in MS Office, particularly in Excel for deep diving into data
