We are seeking a results-driven Automotive Sales Manager to lead our New Car Sales Department. The successful candidate will oversee two volume franchises, leveraging their expertise to drive sales and revenue growth.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with a strong background in management, financial acumen, sales, closing, and people management. They should have the ability to motivate and work alongside sales consultants, driving customer satisfaction and profitability.
The role offers a competitive remuneration package including a retainer of approximately $90,000, superannuation, commission, and a car or car allowance. On Target Earnings range from $150,000 to $160,000, with potential for higher earnings for top performers.
