What you'll do
* Deliver evidence‐based assessments and therapy to a paediatric caseload.
* Provide direct, family‐based, and community‐based support to children with developmental delays and/or disabilities.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‐quality, outcome‐focused care.
* Engage with families and stakeholders to provide education, support, and advocacy.
* Continuously evaluate and refine your practice to ensure best‐practice service delivery.
What you'll bring
* Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology and current SPA registration.
* A passion for working with children and families to achieve meaningful outcomes.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a diverse, team‐based environment.
* Excellent time management and attention to detail.
* Experience with paediatric clients and confidence working closely with families is highly valued.
* Up‐to‐date compliance checks (or willingness to obtain): WWCC, Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, Driver's Licence & Vehicle.

Our multidisciplinary teams work closely with families to deliver personalised, evidence‐based support across communication, motor, cognitive and social development. We are a registered NDIS provider and our clinics offer therapy under different funding models.
