Inspectivity is seeking an experienced full-stack Java software engineer with the drive and energy to make an impact. You’ll be more than a developer - you’ll be a problem-solver, a systems thinker, and someone keen to grow alongside a scaling SaaS business.
You will work across all aspects of the platform - from core backend services to the mobile and web experience - where you can deliver real technical and commercial outcomes.
What you’ll do
- Contribute high-quality, maintainable code across backend, web and mobile.
- Help shape the architecture and design of our platform as we modernise and scale.
- Take ownership of parts of projects or entire projects — contributing to scoping, estimating, executing, and delivering reliably.
- Actively collaborate with the product and professional services teams to solve customer problems.
- Communicate confidently with clients and stakeholders when needed.
- Help bring energy, organisation, and clarity to complex technical initiatives.
Core: Java, Spring, JPA, relational databases (SQL), Git, IntelliJ IDEA
You are versatile and eager to quickly learn and adapt to the technologies in our stack, such as GWT, Cordova, or AWS. You have a strong foundation in Java and experience building single-page web apps. Familiarity with React would be a valuable plus.

This role is based in Perth and is currently offered as 100% remote, with occasional in-office days or client visits. As the local team grows, more regular office days may be required.
