Willcen Pty Ltd is seeking a hardworking and reliable Civil Construction Labourer / Plastic Welder to join our team in Smeaton Grange, NSW.
This is a casual role with opportunities for ongoing work, offering flexibility and variety in your day-to-day tasks.
this role is split between our workshop and on site work.
What you'll be doing
Providing general labouring support on civil construction sites and our workshop
Assisting with the installation of HDPE Linings on Concrete Structures
Operating hand and power tools to complete a range of construction-related tasks
Performing manual handling and physical labour as required
Adhering to all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures
What we're looking for
Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn on the job
Previous experience in a similar civil construction or labouring role, or the motivation to develop these skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Current construction industry white card and driver's licence
Confined space ticket and/or experience
Work at Height ticket and/or experience
