What's the role?

Reporting directly to the Group Client Partner, the Client Partner is responsible for strategic planning, identifying opportunities, creating customised solutions tailored to their clients and fostering long-term partnerships within an independent agency portfolio.

Their role in leading both brief responses and proactive initiatives, whether integrated or transactional, is crucial in driving revenue growth and nurturing client relationships. The Client Partner takes ownership of collaborating with internal stakeholders, maintaining a client‐centric focus, to ensure client satisfaction. The Client Partner is also responsible for managing the workload of the Client Executive and Client Support Coordinator, in conjunction with the Group Client Partner.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute strategies to drive the continued growth of major account relationships, ensuring personal and team sales targets are consistently met.
* Drive revenue generation through Print & Digital channels by identifying market opportunities and developing innovative sales approaches.
* Lead client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating the value proposition of our solutions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships through effective communication and collaboration with clients and key stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and partner.
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‐selling additional products or services to existing clients.
* Create compelling proposals that align with client goals and effectively highlight the unique benefits of our offering.
* Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including revenue targets, conversion rates, and pipeline activity to drive data driven decision making.

Who are you?

* 2 to 5 Years experience in account management or in a sales position in publishing or agency.
* Strong analytical abilities, with a knack for utilising data to inform strategy and decision‐making.
* A proactive approach to identifying and seizing opportunities for growth.
* Experience in managing client accounts, including relationship building, contract negotiation, and account growth strategies.
* Demonstrates strategic thinking and can develop comprehensive account plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
* Proficient in understanding client requirements, identifying pain points, and proposing effective solutions.
