About the Role
We're looking for an experienced and reliable Painter / Leading Hand to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you'll not only be on the tools, but also lead small teams, ensure job sites run smoothly, and maintain our high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Interior and exterior residential painting (prep to finish)
* Leading and supervising 1–3 painters or apprentices on-site
* Communicating with clients and team members
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
* Ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
What We\'re Looking For
* Minimum 5 years\' experience in residential painting
* Previous experience in a leading hand or supervisory role preferred
* Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
* Good communication and leadership skills
* Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
* Own tools and current driver\'s licence
* Must hold a current car licence (C class)
* Australian work authorisation is required for this position
