 
        
        Senior Operations Analyst Job Description
The Senior Operations Analyst will be responsible for providing daily reporting, reconciliations and checklist completion.
 * Reporting and Reconciliations:
The Senior Operations Analyst will create and produce client reporting (monthly, quarterly and annual tax statements).
 * Client Reporting:
Professionally communicate with internal stakeholders for all reporting needs and queries.
 * Stakeholder Communication:
Coordinate with third party print specialists to ensure timely delivery of reports and client communications.
 * Third Party Coordination:
Manage all queries from clients or internal stakeholders.
 * Query Management:
Drive and support operational process improvement opportunities to create scale and project delivery.
 * Process Improvement:
Actively manage team risk profile by reviewing and enhancing controls, coaching team members on their understanding and purpose of controls and incident reduction.
 * Risk Management:
Manage and coordinate all operational audits.
 * Audit Coordination:
Ensure the team complies with IDPS and GS007 audit control standards.
 * Compliance:
The successful candidate will have a highly investigative personality, passion for the markets, experience across reconciliations, reporting, investigations/compliance and strong operational product knowledge.
