Business Development Manager – Cyber Security (Melbourne, VIC)
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager ready to take ownership of their territory, build pipeline, and close high‐value cyber security deals. You'll be supported by a respected technical team and leadership that values strong commercial outcomes and collaboration.
Day to Day Responsibilities
* Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities
* Own and execute your territory plan with autonomy
* Partner with delivery and technical teams to shape client solutions
* Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
* Manage proposals, procurement, and full sales cycle close
* Maintain CRM accuracy and provide reliable forecasts
Skills & Experience
* 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience in IT or cyber security
* Proven success in full cycle solution sales
* Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
* Self‐driven, structured, and collaborative
* Confident communicator and credible presenter
* Experience with services, consulting, or SaaS solutions highly valued
