Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Accounts Administrator to support our accounting operations.
This key role involves supporting day-to-day activities, including data processing, accounts payable and receivable management, bank statement reconciliation, and operational task assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately transfer data from our workflow system to accounting software for effective Accounts Payable management.
* Support Accounts Receivable by drafting invoices, following up on overdue accounts, addressing client queries, and ensuring timely payments.
* Draft cash flow forecasts to ensure financial stability.
* Reconcile bank and credit card transactions monthly for accuracy.
* Investigate discrepancies with strong attention to detail and resolve issues promptly.
* Respond professionally to supplier queries in a timely manner.
* Perform general accounting administration and filing tasks efficiently.
* Assist with month-end closing activities to meet deadlines.
* Contribute to improving data accuracy and processing efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives.
