We are seeking a Contract Administrator for a major road project in Regional NSW.
The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience across the full lifecycle of complex, high-value public infrastructure projects for government.
Main Responsibilities:
* Tender preparation, bid evaluation, risk analysis, and contract negotiations
* Maintain the integrity of contract information and coordinate the contract administration process
* Provide expert advice on contractual conditions and cost control
* Prepare and submit all commercial notices and claims in a timely manner
* Assist contract managers in preparing monthly cost reports and project reports
* Establish and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers
