Role Description
This is a full-time role based in Melbourne, VIC for a Photographer + Videographer (Hybrid Creative). The successful candidate will concept, shoot, and edit both still and motion content across campaigns, events, and branded projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include pre-production planning, on-site creative execution, and post-production editing and retouching. You'll work closely with the creative and marketing teams to produce visually distinctive content that connects with audiences and strengthens brand identity.
Versatility is key — the role requires confidence moving between studio, hospitality, and live event environments, with the professionalism to adapt presentation and communication style to suit each client and project. Equally important is a hands‐on attitude and the ability to approach everything from quick‐turnaround food or social shoots through to high‐end campaign work with the same focus and creative care. Must feel comfortable shooting a range of both Low‐fi (tiktok) and Hi‐Fi projects.
Qualifications
* Proven experience and expertise in photography, videography, and video editing
* Proficiency in using photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Final Cut Pro, Capcut, Capture one [open to your experience here])
* Strong skills in visual storytelling, creative direction, and composition
* Experience in content creation for digital platforms, social media, and marketing campaigns
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast‐paced environment
* Knowledge of current trends and innovations in photography, videography, and marketing
* Strong communication and collaboration skills for working within a creative team
* Briefing and managing junior staff
