**Job description**
We are looking for a Full Time Store Manager in SHELL NIGHTOWL to lead and develop your frontline team, through clear direction, customer focus and operating standards to drive store performance through sales, profit and growth.
You will drive customer engagement across the team to uphold great service and presentation that ensures SHELL NIGHTOWL is the number one destination for Fuel and Convenience.
**ABOUT THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Drive store performance to achieve targets, while controlling costs and losses
- Contribute to all aspects of the store including serving customers and stacking shelves
- Manage and oversee the training and development of your team
- Order and maintain stock availability
- Ensure the health and safety of all Team Members and customers are met
- Manage the financial performance of the store
- Determine the appropriate product mix and stock levels to meet customer demand and sales targets.
- Establish service standards to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Develop and implement purchasing policies to ensure cost-effective procurement and supply chain efficiency.
- Formulate and execute marketing strategies to promote store offerings, increase foot traffic, and drive sales.
- Set competitive pricing strategies to maximize profitability while remaining market-competitive.
- Promote and advertise the store's goods and services through various marketing channels, including in-store promotions and digital marketing campaigns.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer queries are addressed effectively.
- Advise customers on product usage, features, and benefits to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain comprehensive records of stock levels, financial transactions, and sales performance.
- Prepare and manage the store's budget, ensuring financial sustainability and profitability.
- Monitor expenses, revenue streams, and overall financial health to drive cost efficiency
- Oversee the selection, recruitment, and onboarding process for new staff members.
- Conduct staff training to ensure employees are equipped with product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance awareness.
- Supervise store employees, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Ensure the store operates in compliance with all occupational health and safety regulations.
- Enforce workplace safety procedures and conduct regular risk assessments.
- Comply with Fair Work requirements, visa sponsorship obligations (for 482 visa holders), and all relevant employment regulations.

Pay: Up to $76,550.00 per year
