Project Ceres Urea Plant
We are part of a joint venture delivering the Project Ceres urea plant, a landmark project for Western Australia. This plant will be the largest in Australia and one of the largest in the world, utilizing the most sustainable production processes.
The project is expected to generate 2,000 jobs during the construction phase, while providing sustained benefits to the local community through career, training, and business opportunities.
We have an opportunity for an additional Payroll Officer to join our HR Team in Sydney, Perth, Melbourne, or Brisbane. In this role, you will ensure seamless operation of payroll systems, accurate and timely payroll processing, and provide support on various payroll-related projects as needed.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Process payroll for all employees accurately and in a timely manner.
* E nsure all payroll transactions are properly recorded and documented.
* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
* Provide support and guidance on payroll-related issues and processes.
* Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver materials to the right place at the right time.
