- Advanced applied technical knowledge and skills in the area of SAP HR and myHR and associated systems and demonstrated ability to be an escalation point and provide knowledge expertise in relation to complex establishment, workflow and technical issues.
- Ability to manage and lead a team within a complex and diverse multidisciplinary environment, including the demonstrated ability to provide professional management, development, and guidance to team members.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills including skills in resolving conflict, negotiating, and influencing.
- Ability to develop collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders and team members in a partnership model in support of achieving business outcomes.
- Understanding of, and commitment to, quality customer services in a large multi-disciplinary organisation.
