This is a key role within our team, responsible for delivering high-quality services and ensuring safe working environments.
 * Key responsibilities include implementing service quality standards, occupational health and safety policies and procedures.
 * Establish effective relationships with staff to ensure alignment and integration of operational services.
 * Provide technical expertise in IT system analysis and formulation of solutions.
 * Manage change, capacity planning, incident management and risk management using best practices.
 * Deliver end-to-end service delivery for enterprise systems within Queensland Health.
About You
We are seeking someone with:
 * Experience in ITSM process development based on the ITIL framework.
 * A strong understanding of technical domains, including Windows 10 and 11.
 * Application packaging and enterprise printing solutions experience.
 * Excellent communication skills and ability to provide technical direction.
 * Ability to meet service delivery targets and implement service improvements.
