Leadership Opportunity in Regional Insurance

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in commercial/general insurance broking, Tier 1 Broking qualification, strong client relationship skills, and commercial acumen. They will also have leadership or mentoring experience and a proactive, self-starting attitude with a hands-on approach.
About the Role
As Branch Manager, you'll wear two hats—leading and mentoring a small local team, while also acting as a senior broker for a diverse portfolio of commercial and rural clients. You'll be supported by the head office and broader network but will have the autonomy to shape your branch's success and culture.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of SME and rural clients across a variety of industries
* Lead the Albury team day-to-day, including coaching, support, and development
* Build strong relationships with local businesses, insurers, and community stakeholders
* Drive business development and identify new opportunities in the region
* Ensure compliance, professionalism, and high service standards across all activities
