THE ROLE
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic hospitality professional to help positively manage and drive one of our bustling cafe venues. You will be leading a professional team of both baristas, chefs, and front of house staff to deliver our vision for coffee, food and good hospitality. Through your use of excellent people skills, you will be responsible for delivering a high level of service to our broad customer base. The role is a Full Time, 38 hour per week role, that will include 1 weekend day per week. It is primarily day time shifts, but will require an occasional evening shift with events hosted in the space. We are looking for someone to take the lead, hit the ground running, someone who is passionate about hospitality.
