The role

Key Responsibilities
- Perform landscape installation works, including planting trees, shrubs, and turf
- Remove plants, trees, and roots as part of landscaping and redevelopment projects
- Install and maintain basic irrigation systems to support plant health
- Perform general garden and landscape maintenance, including mowing, pruning, edging, and weeding
- Monitor plant health and implement appropriate care strategies
- Clear debris and green waste to maintain safe and tidy work sites
- Operate and maintain landscaping tools and machinery in accordance with safety standards
Requirements
- A relevant qualification and/or a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role is required
- Ability to operate and maintain landscaping tools and machinery
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual outdoor work in varying conditions
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and as part of a team
- Positive communication skills and a reliable, positive work attitude
- Commitment to workplace health and safety procedures
Experience
- Landscaping: 2 years (preferred)
This is a full‐time role, salary commensurate to experience ($70,000/$80,000 plus superannuation).
