Job Description
* Assist in the Windows 11 upgrade for over 10,000 devices.
* Provide Level-2 support for users during the upgrade process, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
* Collaborate with internal teams to manage and execute the upgrade strategy across the organisation.
* Ensure all devices meet compatibility and security requirements for the Windows 11 upgrade.
* Maintain clear documentation of the upgrade process, including time lines, issues, and resolutions.
The Successful Applicant
* 12-18 months of Level-2 troubleshooting experience.
* Strong knowledge of the ITIL framework.
* Windows 10 to 11 upgrade experience is a plus.
* Hands-on experience with cloud environments.
* Willing to learn and grow in new technologies.
