Silverstone is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Planner to cater to our clients' requirements in the thriving WA mining and resources sector.
Duties:
* Report to the Maintenance Manager and focus on enhancing equipment reliability in the gold processing plant
* Improve the maintenance planning and scheduling process.
* Determine the complete maintenance requirements for repair, prevention, prediction, and design activities on plant and equipment
* Maintain the accuracy of the equipment maintenance history and job records database
* Ensure accuracy of technical information on processes, plant, and equipment
* Implement workplace activities based on the business asset management and maintenance strategy
* Enhance planning, scheduling, purchasing, stores, data management, and job reporting systems for increased efficiency
* Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to schedule manpower and resources for optimal production and maintenance outcomes
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role within a fixed plant mining setting ideally gold or other complex plants
* Strong understanding of maintenance planning and scheduling processes
* Experience with CMMS systems (SAP, Pronto or similar)
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to obtain a current National Police Clearance
* Current Drivers Licence (Manual)
* Track record of setting up maintenance planning systems and procedures
