A leading Australian non-bank corporate lender and alternative asset manager is seeking a commercially minded Project Coordinator to support its distribution team.
This is a sales-aligned coordination role sitting at the centre of Sales, Product and Operations - supporting partner growth, onboarding, reporting and execution of distribution initiatives. It would suit someone early to mid-career in financial services who enjoys working in a performance-driven environment with strong stakeholder exposure.
The Role
You will support profitable growth across distribution channels by coordinating sales operations, partner engagement and reporting activities.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the distribution team to deliver against sales targets through efficient sales and product administration
* Managing partner accreditation and onboarding processes across introducer and distribution networks
* Acting as a key liaison between Sales, Product, Credit and Operations to ensure service levels and SLAs are met
* Producing sales performance reporting and assisting with analysis to identify growth opportunities
* Coordinating sales collateral, partner communications and internal updates
* Supporting and tracking execution of key distribution projects and initiatives
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory, policy and responsible lending standards
About You:
* Degree qualified (Business, Finance, Commerce or similar)
* 1 year experience in financial services, lending, funds management or sales support preferred
* Strong administrative and reporting capability
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
* Strong communication skills with confidence engaging internal and external stakeholders
* Analytical, detail-oriented and commercially curious
