Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Buying Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our merchandising department, you will be responsible for assisting the buying team in managing purchase orders, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage purchase orders and track PO statuses
* Maintain accurate data across systems (Shopify, Inventory Planner, NetSuite)
* Prepare reports and tools for the merchandising team
* Monitor deliveries and resolve any issues
* Assist in building collection line lists for marketing campaigns
Requirements:
* 6-12 months experience in a similar role
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* Knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
